Having issues with printing to a Konica Printer?
- 1. Check Connections:
- Wired: Ensure the USB or Ethernet cable is securely plugged into both the printer and the computer.
- Wireless: Verify the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the computer and that the Wi-Fi signal is strong.
- 2. Restart Devices:
Restart both the printer and the computer.
Unplug and wait a few seconds before plugging the printer back in.
- 3. Printer Settings:
"Use Printer Offline": Make sure the printer is not set to "offline" in your computer's printer settings.
Print Queue: Check for any stopped or stuck print jobs in the printer queue.
- 4. Drivers and Software:
Update Drivers: Outdated or faulty drivers can cause issues. We may need to come update the printer drivers, submit a ticket explaining your troubleshooting steps you have taken thus far, and we can come update the drives.
- Print Spooler Reset:
- Print Spooler: Resetting the printer spooler service can help resolve issues with the printing queue. The easiest way to do this is by restarting your computer if you have not tried this step yet.
If none of these steps work, place a ticket into the helpdesk.
