If you would like to reserve a conference room for a scheduled meeting, you can do so by going to outlook calendars and selecting "New Meeting". This gives you the option to send out meeting invites and reserve the conference room desired.
Title: Be sure to title your meeting on what the meeting is about.
Required: Include all members of the meeting that you want to invite.
Optional: Members that you want to include but not required.
Start Time: What time will your meeting start?
End Time: What time do you anticipate it ending? Be sure not to take up more time than required.
Location: Make sure to select which conference room you are wanting to reserve.
MBG Conference Room has availability for up to 15 people and much larger.
MBG Conference Room - Small can only seat around 8 people and meant for smaller meetings.
If you would like to schedule a full teams meeting to be included so others can join remotely, then be sure to select "Teams Meeting" and your email that you are sending it from, and "Schedule a Meeting". This may remove the conference room under location, just add it by selecting the Name of the conference room and adding it back to the location. Then others remotely will be able to join as well.
