To add NetSuite to the Microsoft Authenticator app, you'll need to scan a QR code or manually enter a setup key during the 2FA setup process within NetSuite, then configure the app to generate verification codes for your NetSuite login.

 Here's a more detailed breakdown:

 1. Initiate 2FA Setup in NetSuite:
  • Navigate to your NetSuite account and access the 2FA setup options, typically found under your user settings or security settings.
  • Select "Authenticator App" as your preferred method for 2FA.

 2. Scan the QR Code or Enter Setup Key:
  • QR Code: Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone and select "Add Account" or "Add Account".
  • Choose "Scan QR Code" and point your phone's camera at the QR code displayed in NetSuite.
  • Manual Entry: If you prefer, you can manually enter the setup key displayed in NetSuite into the Microsoft Authenticator app.
  • The app will then add NetSuite as a registered account and display a time-sensitive code.

 3. Complete the NetSuite Setup:
  • Enter the verification code generated by the Microsoft Authenticator app into the NetSuite login screen.
  • Follow any further instructions provided by NetSuite to complete the 2FA setup, including setting up backup codes.
  • Once complete, you will be able to use the Microsoft Authenticator app to generate verification codes for future NetSuite logins.
