MO365 - Microsoft Outlook stuck on "Loading" Screen

Possible Resolutions:


Option 1: Maybe you have already tried this, but wanted to verify that you attempted a reboot. It could have been a software update done, and is pending that reboot.


Option 2:  There are some notes on Microsoft's support that show people with that exact same issue and it ended up something to do with the time on the computer being off.  (I'm not sure how that relates, but it seems to resolve that issue) Confirm that your laptop time is accurate?


Option 3: There was also a Microsoft "Work Around" that stated to try these steps...
1. Close all Microsoft Products.
2.  Open up Microsoft WORD
3.  Sign out of Microsoft Word - (This can be found at the top right where your name is)
4.  Close and Reopen Word - Then sign back in (Top right where there now should be no name)
5.  Attempt to Re-Open Outlook.    

This is supposed to re-register your account with Microsoft.


If none of these options work, let us know and we will remote in and see if I can do anything with the profile itself and rebuild that.
